Walmart Grant for New Technology Walmart presented a check to 8th grade students and their teacher, Mrs. Tina Verst, for an Airliner to be used with their smartboard. The airliner is a tablet, the teacher can hold while moving about the classroom, which accesses her computer and smartboard. It looks just like a clipboard but is a lot more powerful. YOUNG EXPLORER IBM COMMUNITY FUNDING IBM Community Funding provided two Young Explorer stations for the Kindergarten and 1st and 2nd grade classrooms. This stations are loaded with learning software for ages 3 to 8 year old children. The software includes many learning activities in math, matching, reading and more!
